The company was founded in 2003 by Ms. Ingeborg Fallet Kristensen, the present Managing Director. For the past 20 years in the South of Thailand, we have worked day and night to deliver an experience of a lifetime. Being one of the longest-serving travel companies in Krabi, our team operates in popular travel destinations such as Ao Nang, Klong Muang, Railay, Phi Phi Island and Koh Lanta, but also at the lesser-known places like, for example, Koh Ngai, Koh Mook, Koh Yao, reaching right down south to Trang province and Koh Lipe, and facilitating smooth transfers to Phuket or Koh Samui. All employees at Krabi-Spesialisten have long and substantial experience in the hotel, travel and tourism industry, and are here to be of your assistance, ensuring quality service and experience. We have created a service chain of dedicated service professionals that take care of our guests from arrival to departure, from airport representatives, drivers & transfer guides, Krabi Spesialisten’s in-house guest service teams in major hotels, to holiday representatives, licensed tour guides, boat crew, and multilingual guest service agents on our tours.

Ingeborg Fallet Kristensen

Founder & Managing Director

The company was founded by Ms. Ingeborg Fallet Kristensen, the present Managing Director of Krabi Spesialisten and founder of Wedding in Thailand. Ms. Kristensen graduated from the Swiss School of Hotel and Tourism Management in 1996 and started working for Sheraton Grande Laguna, a 5-star luxury resort in Phuket, where she remained for 4 years. She then decided to head back to Norway but on the way, she stopped by Ao Nang, Krabi and ended up managing a boutique resort for 3 years. She is the Board Member of Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and JFCCT (Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce Tourism Committee).

Chulabhong Srisawasdi (Chul)

Executive Director

Mr. Chul has a diverse and exciting background. Originally from Thailand, he lived in the USA for 10 years before exploring other parts of the globe, from Europe to Australia. Having originally worked as a lawyer, Chul later found his true calling in the travel and hospitality industry. He is now the Director of Operations at Krabi Spesialisten, as well as a consultant for numerous hotels around Thailand. On top of his main roles, Chul sits on the committee for Krabi Province Health and Environment Board.

Bunserm Suksap (Lek)

Head of Operations and Travel Experience

Ms. Bunserm Suksap, also known as Lek, is the key point of contact for the international market and will be able to promptly answer any of your queries and organise all the necessary documents for our cooperation. Lek is fluent in Thai, German and English. She was born in Thailand but at the age of 9, her family decided to relocate to Germany, where she completed her studies and started her career in admin. After 23 years, she decided to move back to Thailand where she became a freelance tour guide and representative in Krabi in 2008. Since then, she has worked her way up to her current role.

Praphai Phaythaisong (Pick)

Online and Domestic Sales Manager

Pick graduated from Bangkokthonburi University with a degree in accounting, she then worked in accounting for a number of years before moving to sales and in 2019 became a key account manager for Krabi Spesialisten. As the key point of contact for the local / domestic market, Pick will be able to promptly answer any of your queries and organise all the necessary documents for our cooperation.

Pailin Thongnak (Sao)

Chief Accountant

Ms. Pailin Thongnak, known as Sao, was born in Nakhon Si Thammarat. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Program Management from Suan Dusit Rajabhat University in Bangkok. Since her graduation, she has dedicated her career to accounting. All of us at Krabi Spesialisten were delighted when she joined our team in 2017 as Chief Accountant.

Pattranit Boonkhwan (Tang)

Operations Coordinator

Ms. Pattranit Boonkhwan (Tang) was born in Trang Province. She graduated from Phuket Vocational Education with a diploma in Tourism Industry. Since then, she has been working in the Hospitality Industry as a tour and transfer guide and more recently moved to Krabi Spesialisten’s Operations Department. Tang has several years of experience and has been working for Krabi Spesialisten since 2016. After a break during COVID 19, Tang is finally back in the office and ready to promptly answer, service and organise all of your requests.

Ilada Jeawkok (Pikky)

Events and Operations Coordinator

Pikky is an integral element of the team. Originally, she joined the company in 2013 as a trainee, while completing her studies, but as time went on, she showed incredible passion and enthusiasm, which resulted in her taking on a full-time position in 2015. Pikky has fully dedicated the past 3 years to wedding planning and property management. Being born and having lived in Krabi is of great advantage; she is the go-to person when it comes to locations, set ups and all the little details.
