Phang Nga Temple & Cave


pha nga temple caves 2We drive along upcountry roads of Phang Nga Province. First stop will be at “Wat Tam Nakarat”. Big Buddha statues stand in limestone caves which can be reached only by climbing steep staircases and ladders.
The next highlight is the Pagoda Temple Wat Bang Riang, situated on a hill with a Buddha Park and an amazing view over Phang Nga Bay. After exploring and viewing, everyone will enjoy a delicious lunch by the mangroves.
After lunch we continue our tour to Phang Nga Town, where we will explore “Phung Chang Cave” by canoe and bamboo raft, to see amazing icicle resembling stalactites & stalagmites. The cave got its name from its hill which appears like a lying elephant (Chang) body.
The last station will be to a visit a museum at a temple with wax Buddha figures. A day full of wonders which is guaranteed enjoyable and catchy.
